Demon Heavy Duty Ball joints are an essential upgrade to your machines suspension!

These ball joints are built based on tests they are twice as strong as OEM. We achieved that by making the entire ball joint from dual heat treated 4340 chromoly steel and zinc plating it for maximum durability. Plus our stud doesnt narrow down as much as stock.

The Ball joints are also serviceable thats why we put a grease fitting in our heavy duty ball joints, so you can keep it running smoothly. We also made it adjustable with a convenient threaded cap, that way you can adjust the stud tension to your liking.

Its the strongest and most reliable ball joint on the market.

These axles also utilize a unique double plunge design which allows it to achieve higher articulation angles approximately, the axles are designed to slide on the bar splines allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and 40 articulation over the terrain on the inboard joint. The outboard joint can travel 0.5inches and swing from 45-47 depending on the model.

The Demon heavy-duty axles are equipped The TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots which are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue resistant, puncture-resistant, and more temperature resistant than a standard OEM boot. Axles use molybdenum grease to provide low friction and smooth motion.
