Around this precise model, we constructed a robust frame using .120 DOM tubing. The center bar extends outward and is braced at its center, maximizing cabin space without compromising structural integrity.

Sleek Design with Superior Strength: Wrapping the frame is laser-cut 12GA 5052 aluminum, meticulously bent on our CNC press brake. This process not only stiffens the material but also seamlessly aligns with the vehicles original lines, giving your Maverick R a cohesive and aggressive look thats sure to turn heads.

Innovative Dual Latch System: We aimed to create doors that are unique, functional, and unlike anything else on the market. Our dual latch system features both exterior and interior latches machined from 6061 aluminum. This adjustable mechanism guarantees absolutely zero rattles or looseness, setting a new standard for latch design. Its simple, reliable, and, in our opinion, the finest on the market.

Effortless Installation and Customizable Alignment: Installing these doors is a breeze, taking about an hour to install and adjust. They can be fine-tuned in multiple axes, allowing you to achieve the exact alignment you desire.
